The Benefits of Meditation

Turya is the state in which sullen positive and negative thoughts of the mind approach to an end. In the beginning, a gap  starts to develop in the midst of thoughts. When this gap  develops, thoughts fade and the loaded training of meditation; the mind enters easily into thoughtless awareness.
